A Week of Lobster – Lots of Lobster

Lobster You know, when I went to college, I had no interest in either writing or business courses and you couldn’t get me into the kitchen.  Clearly life happens while we make other plans.  As I list all of the places my words appear in print to submit a manuscript for a publisher, maybe an English course or two wasn’t out of the question.  On the other hand, I seem to be doing just fine without the English or Business degree.  Don't worry, Dad, I'm doing just fine (and trust me he didn't want me to take English classes.)

The column for the Portland Press Herald ran last week and it included several lobster recipes – Lobster Ravioli with a Brandy Cream Sauce, Lobster Stew, Grilled or Broiled Lobster with Chive and Lemon Butter and Lobster Stock.
