Maine Food and Lifestyle column is out

The latest issue of Maine Food and Lifestyle is out and featuring lobster – in recognition of both it's wonderful versatility in the kitchen and the hard times that have befallen the lobster industry of late.  Nancy Griffin writes about the industry's plight in a well done article while other chefs share how they use lobster in their recipes.

My recipe and column is about comfort food (go figure) – Roasted Root Vegetables with Risotto.  I'll post a Lobster Risotto recipe soon as part of our Week of Lobster.
