Cook the Book: Lemon Parmesan Dressing

Lemon Parmesan Dressing

Extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon
Grated or shaved fresh parmesan cheese to taste
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Toss greens with olive oil and then the rest of the ingredients to your liking.

Makes approximately 1 cup.
